Online payments can be made via credit card and E-checks by going the Customer Service Portal. Click here to visit the portal now.

Pay by Phone. PAL (Power Action Line) allows payments and account inquiries to be made by phone using the automated system option 3. (Credit card and debit card payments accepted). E-checks must be taken by a CSR.  Call 662-563-4742 to begin using PAL.

Drafts can be setup in the office or by going to the Customer Service Portal and clicking on Pay By Draft under the Payments tab.  Click here to visit the portal now.

Mail payments are convenient with the return envelope enclosed with every billing statement. Simply apply postage and mail.

Pay at main office. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

24/7 Drop box is located at the main office for after-hour payments. (Check or money-order payments accepted.)

Pay-Go options allow you to pay at participating stores: Dollar General, CVS Pharmacy, Family Dollar, Speedway, Walgreens, Walmart,7-Eleven, H-E-B, Kroger, City Market, Food 4 Less, Foods Co., Fry’s, King Soopers, Ralphs and Smith’s. Simply provide the store clerk with your TVEPA statement so they may scan the barcode.
